Amazing service!!! I just moved to Conway to attend college and still don’t know many people so I was freaked out when I got a flat. A man approached me in the parking lot where I got the flat and put the spare on for me, then told me to go to R & D and they would take care of me. When I got there, everyone was super nice and helpful. Ended up being super cheap and they even checked my other tires to make sure I was good to go. Before I left, Randy, the owner, was sure to let me know that if I ever needed anything, I could come back and they would help me or find someone who could. So glad I went there! 10/10 recommend

I came to R & D Tire in Conway because I used the one in Damascus growing up. They had quick, good service at honest prices. I moved to Conway and decided to give the Conway Branch a try since their reputation was good. Same great service. Mr Randy helped me at the desk and was friendly and honest with his prices. I got an alignment and they fixed my negative camber and gave me the diagnostics sheet to show what the correction was, so I know they didn’t just say I needed an alignment for the money. Highly recommend. Good people. Good service.

This was the worst experience ever! Myself and a friend took our cars here to be fixed. He went in told the gentleman his issue. A mechanic (who's probably not an actual mechanic) looks at his car. They come back and inform us of what's wrong and say the parts for the car are 200 each plus labor. The next day when we pick the car up, it's still making the SAME noise and has the SAME issues. After them telling him it's fixed. He takes the car back. They then say the car is safe to drive, but the original issue that he went for is now coming from somewhere else. Another mechanic then gets in the car drives it and says what the problem is. Only to come back and tell him they don't do that type of work. 700 WAISTED! Now, to my my car. They tell me my issue, fix it. I leave and my car is still doing the same thing I EXPLAINED to them that the issue was. I spent 200. They tell me my car needed 3 parts, but they only told me about one. The next day they get another part (one). The same mechanic that worked on my friends car say this is the issue. If I put this on you won't have any issues. Spent another 70. 3 days later the same problem. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The greatest. Been using for many years. Genuinely good people that own the business, trustworthy and do not overcharge.
