I do not recommend anyone use this car dealership. This dealership does a real good job of making you feel like you’re making the right financial decision. However, when your newly purchased vehicle begins to suddenly have problems they are no longer in the picture. I guess a quick fix is what they do at their dealership to get vehicles off their lot. It is sad that I put a lot of my trust and money into this dealership and all these problems began to arise. I really wish someone would’ve just taken the time to fix the problems as I did not cause them. When I purchased a vehicle I made an agreement with the dealership that they would fix the issues that I noticed prior to purchasing the vehicle. The dealership told me they would fix the issues, however when I took my vehicle back on the day that we had made the appointment to fix the issues they did not completely fix the issues. When I got home and noticed the issues were not fixed I contacted the dealership again and they never got back with me to fix the issues with my vehicle. So because of this, I do not recommend superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone. I would recommend the dealership in Little Rock, Searcy or other dealerships and surrounding areas whom have better customer service. Most of the salesman are very friendly and professional, but do not let that fool you because the dealership itself is not worth wasting your time on.

First, allow me to say that this rating is not a reflection for the dealership as a whole, but for one particular salesman. If the dealer does not take the review into consideration and allow this type of behavior to persist it could be detrimental to the success of the dealership. My experience was with Jacob \the guy with the ponytail\ as he describes himself. I called to inquire about a vehicle and explained to him the circumstances of my visit. Once there we waited for about 15 minutes and then was shown the vehicle. Jacob was offended when I reached for an umbrella instead of the one he offered, and act as if he was not going to test ride with us, but hopped in at the last minute. My hubby who was going to test drive the car could not fit because the seat would not extend back far enough to compensate for his height. Not only did Jacob do nothing to assist, but when my hubby asked if there was something wrong with the seat, Jacob ranted about it being fully loaded and if we fitted in the other model we should not have had any problems with this one (as if the seat was our problem) After asking if there was anything else in the price range he stated he did not know and began pulling cars up without conversing with us about the style, price or anything in regards to what we would like to purchase. He clearly had his own agenda and went with it even as we decided to leave the lot. So today Jacob's arrogance cost him a sale and at least for a while and our consideration for the dealership as a whole. I hope that Jacob with the ponytail learns how to add to his resources people-person skills, listen to the customer and consider what they would like instead of Jacob with the ponytail. You see Jacob, you will not be paying the note, driving, or operating the vehicle, but we will, and it should be up to us to make the selection.

On2-10-21 I took my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee To get fixed. I had a oil leak and the heat was not working. When I brought the vehicle in they key me in on a electric pad. the car supposed to be under warranty. The cost was 125 deductible for the oil leak, 125 deductible for the heat AC, and a service charge of 63 total 313. My warranty would not pay forward for some reason .Which had nothing to do with the dealership. So I had to go pick it up. Mr Doug to me the car is not ready yet he did some recall work on the car. Then he gave me a bill of 190.00. The bill did not have my name on it ,did not have the car that was being worked on. So I asked him what was the 190 for he said diagnostic. I said there’s nothing on this bill say 190 and does not say you did any diagnostic work. He jump off the subject and point to some spark plugs that was on the invoice and told me I change the spark plugs because they needed changing and more jaber that was on the Invoice/bill.I tell him to give me something that say Why am I paying I was told I had to pay when I brought the car in. Mr. Doug they say it will be 150 .He come back another bill. this time he do not wanna check me out. So he tell the young man to check me out. The young man say that will be 350 I’ll tell the young man to go get the manager. Mr. Doug say now you still have to pay they deductible. I told him you just said 150.The young man proceed to go get the manager.Mr.Doug stand up from his chair and say I will handle it. Go back to the computer and print up another bill changing it back to 150. I went on and paid it and went to talk to the manager. Mr. Stephen Wantulk Which he took up for Mr. dude. I am taking this situation higher up. I have copies of the invoice kept changing

Please take the time to read this. I just bought a Charger Scat Pack from this dealership. Henry Holden took excellent care of me. Everyone at this dealership is a true professional. At no time did anyone pressure or try and persuade me into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. They gave me a very fare offer for my trade. This is the only dealership in Arkansas that has the scat packs. They had a few beautiful ones buy they were a little out of my price range. Henry contacted a dealership in a different state to get me exactly what I wanted and could afford. He had the car shipped overnight so I could have it for new years eve. The financing was a breeze. I got a 3.8 percent financing and that's with 9,000 on negative equity to roll over! You need to let these people work hard for you because that's exactly what they did for me every step of the way.
