Awful administration. They decline to admit Medicare patients because they want private pay so they can receive the full sticker price for the bed. Then they’ll steer you toward older facilities, which, as it turns out, aren’t any worse than this one. This place is new-ish — that’s all they’ve got going for them. No compassion from the leaders of the place.

This facility took care of my grandparents, they were always so professional and helpful when answering the phone. They always answered questions and kept us updated on her health. My grandparents stated that they felt like they were treated like royalty and had a room to themselves.
this has been the best facility so far that we have put my grandparents in laws in. everyone has their own private room at this facility and that was one thing they loved about this facility. The staff is always so friendly at helping and answering any questions you may have
My family has stayed here before, they are awesome at answering phone calls, and always being helpful at answering questions
I want to start off by saying the nurses and CNA's here are very professional, they go above and beyond for the patients and their hard work goes unnoticed by upper management. It's a wonderful place for a family member because of the one's who actually work on the floor taking care of them. But being someone who worked here for over a year and being treated disposable by management I WOULDN'T work here. I always showed up on time, never called in, and picked up extra shifts to help out. Vickey K fired me because my doctor advised me not to take the COVID vaccine and I even provided her with a doctors note stating such. She's by far the worst admin. I've ever worked under, no compassion, unprofessional, and doesn't care about anything but making herself look good. But she forgets the ones who are actually working for her to make her keep the good image. It's a very toxic work environment for those who don't know Vickey personally outside of work. The thing that hurts me the most is not being able to tell my sweet residents bye. I treated them like family because after awhile they become your family. It's sad seeing CNA's like me getting treated like this over a vaccine, good help and good workers are hard to find these days and especially the ones who are there for the right reasons and they need to be treated A LOT BETTER by management.
After recently spending 10 weeks at this facility following major surgery I really am surprised at all the negative reviews. I couldn't have asked for any better care and compassion from the dozens of staff members that took care of me during my healing process there. I required repacking of my incision 3 times a day and even when it was between those times someone was always stopping to check on me to make sure I was doing OK and see if I needed anything. The CNA's and Nurses were knowledgeable and efficient while also being sympathetic, friendly and even fun to interact with. Even the ladies that took care of cleaning my room were efficient and friendly. The Physical Therapy Staff, what can I say, they about killed me off ! They knew how much they could push me to be in better physical shape than I've been in the last several years. They were so great to work with and all knew their profession so well. They really accomplished their goal of getting me in better shape than I've been in for a long time. When it became common knowledge that I would be discharged I had dozens of staff members come by to tell me goodbye and how much they would miss me. I could fill multiple pages about how great I was treated at Superior Health & Rehab but I think you get the idea .
My elderly mom fell and broke her hip. This rehab facility has been so good to her. She has had a rough road with confusion and pain. The nurses were patient with her and keep the family updated on her since no visitors are allowed. She loves her therapist and nurses. Would highly recommend. Special thanks to Jennifer , she has helped us above and beyond expectation
Superior Health & Rehab is a beautiful facility that provides excellent long term care for their occupants. My 98 year old mother spent the last 7 months of her life at Superior, and we did not have a single complaint or concern regarding the quality of her care. The administration, nursing, social activities and support staffs always demonstrated the highest level of concern for and attention to Mom's health and happiness. This is a very well run, first class facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
