Sound An Alarm

I had a strange experience on the phone today with a woman who works there. I asked about a hat they had pictured on their website. This lady, who called herself \Eileen\, told me their was no such picture on their website. Twice I called because she took my e-mail and said she would e-mail me a picture on their hat I was interested in. She never did even though twice I gave her my e-mail address. She finally, on the second call, admitted the hat was pictured on their website but ofered no apology for giving me wrong information and acted very cagey during both phone conversations. Strange to treat a potential customer that way. Be advised! l Follow up: Three or four hours later, after posting this review, I received a picture of a hat similar to the one in the picture I was interested in. It was from a person and not the store name and no other info. Strange way to run a business. Did I say strange? Someone finally did send a picture though.
