Didn't exactly know the product I was purchasing,so I proceeded to the help desk. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Always makes for a better day when I encounter friendliness when shopping!

Found what I needed and picked up an online order. Don't know why they put a huge sign up front requiring masks when they let every hillbilly who doesn't want to wear one meander thru the store. Clearly don't care too much about COVID or their customers who passed 3rd grade science.

Great sized Home Depot, Including large outdoor garden and pool area. The store includes a tool rental department, lighting, plumbing, lumber, electrical, paint and also includes home delivery and installation. Great friendly staff.

The store was clean and well organized for being black Friday. When I had a question there was actually a person there to answer it. This was by far one of the better home depot experiences I've had recently. I wish I lived closer to this one to come back. Great job guys!

It always quick and easy to maneuver throughout the store compared to their competitors. Even if someone is with a customer, I'm acknowledged that I exist and informed "That someone will be with you shortly" or I'm asked "How can I be of assistance today?" That's the customer service that people don't use any more in person or during phone calls. I only visit the other stores when I'm with someone else, I'll always choose Home Depot over the others unless there's not one located in the area.

Mary Rhinehart was very friendly, and put up with my indecisive personality!!! She was very nice, very knowledgeable, very patient and I mean very patient as we bought our washer/dryer set. They weren't the best, but will definitely get the job done. Thank you Mary for making our shopping experience nice! Good luck with your accomplishments!! I still think you should get something from the sale besides the "pleasure of serving another satisfied customer." Hmmm.... Anyway, thank you soooo much!
