Nice, low priced motel
Stayed here and would recommend it to anybody looking for an affordable place to stay. The owners will help with any problem you may have. If you don't like fancy chain motels, then this is a good pick.
Nice, no microwave or coffee pot tho.

The employees are very nice, the rooms are very comfortable, and it may be irrelevant to say but the owners of the motel have a very nice dog. Overall I would say that The James motel is a really great place.
I called Monday to make a reservation for the weekend and was told they had a room left but it was too early to book it-- they would call me Wednesday noon. They didn't. I called Wednesday evening and was told to call back Thursday.. They have a contract with a business to keep four rooms open at all times. Fine, subtract four from your inventory, book the rest, and don't play games. I stayed elsewhere.
Clean rooms. Excellent service at an affordable rate. Call early in the day as they're always booked.
