Every single time I come into this Ulta, I find that I am welcomed, and if I need help finding anything the employees are so nice! I’m not sure what the name of my cashier was the other week (I believe she mentioned she was going on holiday to Jamaica soon?) but she was SO KIND and sweet! Blessings to everyone who works here, and many thanks for your kindness.

People do not observe distancing
I love this store but more than that I AM GRATEFUL FOR GINGER!!! I had done a large purchase 2 weeks before and was doing a small 30 refund but their machines where not working correctly and it wasn’t allowing my refund. I had the receipt showed I paid 240 with cash the day I bought the items but no matter what was tried it wouldn’t process!!!! The help desk was absolutely no help at all and the IT department knew nothing either. Thankfully Ginger found a way to make it right and because of her I will continue being a loyal Ulta customer!!!!
I just recently got hired on here and absolutely adore it already. I see other reviews mentioning unhelpful staff and rude workers. So I'm gonna be sure to do the best I can at being helpful and be as nice as possible because I know what it's like to feel unwelcomed in a makeup store. I'll be happy to help anyone!!
