I worked at the Conway plant several years ago , and witnessed blatant favoritism, plus at the time we got paid a production rate.. which I did quite well with until my vsupervisor decided I was making too much money and started sending my production sheet back to the office to have mine reduced. Which translated into my losing200-300/ week I later found out that this clown.. who was married was upset because a female he wanted to fool around with happened to be My girlfriend so he bound and determined to make sure that I had no money for date nights but it blew up on him and he had me fired for letting him know that I didn't appreciate how he was acting

U can work here 5 years and only make 50 cents more then somebody freshly hired
This is a horrible and unfair place to work. Complete favoritism and horribly under paid
A wonderful place to work. Supervisors and managers that actually care about the employees is hard to find. But look no further than this company.
