Food is 5 star. speed and service is 1 star. When you sit in the drive through for 10 minutes without taking the persons order it’s insane. Then you are so slow when I finally get my food I can’t leave because you have the line backed up around the building.

Ordered a fried house salad with bacon added: - No bacon - no bread - no utensils Asked for the above 3, got utensils, then the girl from behind the counter said that bacon didnt come on the fried house salad, to which I said I added it. She turns around and raises her voice across the line to the kitchen that I should have ordered a Cobb salad but wanted bacon on my house salad. This is the type of customer service that gets you 1 or 2 stars from me. I asked if they could not just give me the cup of bacon and I'd just sprinkle it on. I was still given a hard time, so I said whatever, I'll just eat it like this. A few minutes later, a girl comes out with 2 full pieces of bacon wrapped up in a cup. My mind is blown. Do they put full pieces of bacon on salads here? Still no bread either.....
Insanely fast drive through around 6 pm. Lady taking my order was really friendly! Can't get enough of their wings! Get the tongue torch sauce!
The girl taking our order did not want to listen while taking the order. I asked for zestable sauce and ranch for my child; had to go back because we got zax sauce and she had no clue as to what zestable sauce was. Our fries were burnt as well as our chicken
Salad was delicious as always, the tomatoes today looked sad and wilted as if they had been cut much earlier in the day and had been left out. All in all I'll be going back again as this is not the usual happening there, food is usually fresh and well prepared.
