lovely little cafe , we visited today and the staff were extremely friendly even though it was very busy with limited tables due to the covid outbreak . Track and trace in place and all tables sanitised throughly. The waitresses especially good with our little girl. Food was amazing and portions were really good . Thank you so much we would definitely come back next time we visit conway .

Over priced for the quality of the food. Me and my partner visited here on our holiday to North Wales. My partner have the veggie burger and I had a mocha coffee with a slice of coffee and walnut cake. My cake was a bit of a let down, couldn't taste the coffee but could taste cinnamon? Also the sponge was dry and the cake was ruined by having way too much icing sugar over it. My partner said the burger was alright but nothing special. The decor of the cafe was nice at least but if we visit North Wales again (which is likely) we won't be coming here again.

After spotting this place whilst walking through town, we looked at the menu and with the door being open and people already sat, dining, we walked in to the entrance and waited at the waiting point as directed by the sign. A waitress then appeared from the back and rather coldly/borderline rudely told us that the they were closed and did not open until 10am, despite there being at least 4 separate couple on other tables. If it’s closed, then fair enough, but the way in which we were greeted was awful. It was 9.58am. Without a lack of other decent options and being extremely hungry, we decided to wait the two minutes and when eventually invited in, the same waitress delivered a set of Covid guidelines to be followed, once again, in a very cold, unwelcoming and borderline rude manner. We sat down, ordered a jumbo breakfast and was pleased that the food arrived quickly. Unfortunately, despite the food being well presented, the sausages were poor quality, deep-fried offerings and the eggs were hard. The rest was good. Whilst eating our breakfast, we noticed that as several other customers came in, the waitress treated them in a similar fashion. This woman did not smile once, except for when people were paying, and it was a weak and poorly contrived effort every time. I realise that many people may be reluctant and ultimately, unhappy about having to be at work and be at greater risk, in the current climate, however, many of us are in the same situation, and in a customer facing role, a good attitude is paramount. I can’t believe that she would have been the owner of the establishment. I can’t imagine anyone in that position, not caring about their customers that much. Whatever her role, she affected the entire experience and ensured that I am unlikely to ever visit this cafe again.

AVOID the ham sandwich! Ordered the 5 lunch and the ham sandwich was almost inedible, just two slices of bread and two SUPER thick and chewy ham slices. It was extremely difficult to eat and not exactly flavorful, just salty. The soup was better than the sandwich but still a tad salty. The lemon ginger tea was pretty decent but the meal kind of put me off, I don't usually like to write bad reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary. I left it at 3 stars because the service was super friendly and I'm gonna assume the other options on the menu (and cakes from what I understand) are better than their 5 lunch.
