I have always had a great experience here no matter how busy the office is. The staff members are awesome and very friendly from the front desk all the way to the ones in the back. All the doctors are very patient and always take the time to listen and always come up with the best treatment plan. My daughter and myself are being seen here, service is fast and organized ALWAYS. I would highly recommend this office.

I had high hopes because of the 5 stars. Please don't do like I did, read the reviews. The staff is very rude just over the phone. My daughter was referred to this office by her pediatrician. I started having an allergic reaction to something so I had my dr to refer me to the same office. For 2 weeks straight I called and was placed on hold for over 10 mins. Finally, today after being placed on hold I called back & before they could put me on hold again I told her about me calling for the past 2 weeks. She took my number and gave me a call back. Very 1st question is what is my insurance and it was accepted but she said because we have Peach State they couldn't see us in 1 day that it would have to be separate days. She stated that they couldn't schedule us at different times of the day either it would have to be on different days. I've never heard of such a thing. Needless to say, we will be getting a referral to somewhere else and I suggest everyone else do the same.
