Dondre did a jam up job! He was professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I may have been able to find the vehicle at a cheaper price; however, I wanted Dondre to get the sale. Mike, the sales manager, also did a good. I have no complaints.

I was hesitant to come back and give this place a review due to the conversation with the manager. He assured me my car would be fixed and that he even went out of his way to make sure my air bag was fixed with no additional cost. Whomever they hired as technicians need to be retrained and receive a disciplinary action or something. A week after I picked my car up for the second time guess what happens? The stalling and clicking noise my car made before came back, as well as the airbag light and check engine light on the dash board. They did just enough to get my car running, and cleared all the lights. I spent if not, but close to 3000 here for an issue that has yet to be fixed correctly. I took pictures and a video of exactly what my car is back doing before I ever took it to John Miles to be fixed. Out of 3000 and a car.

Without any direct reflection on the service rep or service tech, I thought it odd that the shop did not have access to a wheel lock key in order to rotate my tires. I also was not readily informed my request to evaluate and or repair a screw in my tire was beyond repair. I had hoped a tire road hazard warranty was still in effect. Yet, I'm thankful for their efforts to satisfy my concerns.

Mr. Marquez Bigby was awesome. He listen to what we needed as well as our concerns. He thoroughly explained the vehicle's features and our options. He was constantly checking to if we were okay with the information given and if we understood everything. We met the manager who was also professional. Our experience from beginning to end was amazing. I have never had this type of experience at any dealership.
