When you need them the most they are unavailable for you. They have no sick appointments available when your child falls ill. I don’t recommend them because after all this is what they are here for but they don’t help so please be aware. Dr. Renade is great but you are only as good as your team. So her team sucks! The office manager Gwen isn’t helpful and she told me that she knows they have too many patients and not enough staff actually she told me her director is well aware. If I knew this before I would have never switched my daughter to this horrible office. Do yourself a favor and find a office that will care for your children when they are in need and actually sick because this isn’t the office
