I made an appointment for my son and took off work to do it. We got there did the web checkin and waited patiently. After an hour and seeing the empty parking lot I looked at the time and called. They were closed for lunch. If they couldn't see my son for another hour that's something we should have been told. My son had to miss two of his classes and was considered unexcused because we couldn't get a note. This is frustrating as it was a wasted trip. The main thing is I don't want this filed as a missed appointment and my insurance charged out of no fault of our own.

Dr. Rivera is a truly amazing doctor! He is empathetic and very caring and patient with his patients. He explains procedures in a way that the child will understand and make them feel at ease. We highly recommend this clinic!

We moved And wanted to transfer to a Cooks closer to us, had an appt scheduled for over a week and they call two hours before our appointment saying they won’t take us as patients unless I give my tiny 3 year old four shots today. She is only a few shots behind but heaven forbid let me spread those out a month or so apart. Don’t bother coming here unless you are fully up to date.

We just had our first visit with Dr. See. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is warm and friendly, while being real about potential concerns. She aligns perfectly with the way I see healthcare and medication. Everyone in the office was friendly and expedient. Really. I’d rate this office a 10 if I could. We’ll be long time patients here.

Dr. Soria-Olmos has seen and treated all 4 of my girls ages ranging from newborn when she was just 1 week old to my oldest of 13 years. She is an amazingly upbeat and informative pediatrician. I’m so grateful for her and her bedside manners. She is a wonderful listener and extremely thorough! Thank you for being the doctor that you are and taking such pride in your work with taking care of our precious gifts!! I don’t want to leave out the staff; they’re all rockstars and have some of the best customer service!
