In December 2020, I bought my truck here, not only did I get exceptional service from Kay who helped me out with getting the truck, but it really was a no pressure and relaxed type dealer, and that was awesome for a person buying from a dealer for the first time. Fast forward to February, my roof had started to leak (this was a used truck from 2015 with a moon roof) not only did Kay Williams and Geoff Hampton (Sales and GM of Cook Ford) make sure everything was handled, their constant communication about the truck, and getting the truck repaired was outstanding, mind you this is a used 5 year old vehicle I bought from them, I really expected a “Sounds like your problem” approach, I was beyond grateful for the way they handled it, they made my problem their problem overnight, I do believe these are solid salt of the earth type people and that’s saying a lot about a dealership... I very highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a rock solid team to work with.
