Not good customer service. I have been paying extra on my shed since day one. When I got close to my balance being paid off, 283, they added another 174.79, rental fee and then next month another 87.39 fee. Yeah, they got me. I won't do business with them again. Now I can't get anyone to answer my calls. I really don't recommend these people. Go to the Menonites. They do a better job without all the fees, very friendly

This is a review I found on line about Cook's. I recently sent them a payment on time but the holiday Monday made it late so they charged me 35. additional over the already very high payment for the shed. I am appalled at how corrupt this company is. I also paid about 1000. in the beginning so I wouldn't have a lot of payments for the months to come when I was recovering from surgery. So the company sent me a nasty little letter that stated I will be charged 50. for a payoff quote if I ever ask. A bunch of thieves. No respect for hard working \Americans\ like they say \They\ are. The customer service is clueless and the inconvenience of having to pay by check through the mail is so outdated I cannot even begin to say. If you call with a credit card payment they charge extra too. GET IT TOGETHER COOK'S! This is 2016. ...... Thieves.... that's all I have to say.... thieves. BELOW IS ANOTHER FROM A FORMER EMPLOYEE I found these thing out when i purchased a building from cook.they knowingly over charge customers late fees, even if it not late they won't up date there system till after all payments are late. leaving a customer not able to complain,or you hit with a bunch of late charges. Darrick jones said this is how we make our money. they came and repoed an employees building with in 45 days of owning it. but while here they wanted 305 dollars or the building. luckly I know the driver or he woul have took the building with all my stuff. over 65% off the accounts are in a late status making the company 20k-30k a month in just late fees.
