Very happy to have made this experience. It was a warm Saturday morning. When all the students got there we started the tour at the fish market in Catania. The Chef was so talkative and always described everything he saw, every fish that fish sellers were selling... our chef gave us tips and tricks to make good deals there in the market. This tour of the market it was lovely, colourful, and vendors shouted their products out and leave us in a friendly way to take pictures of them. When we come back to school the chef showed us how to do the different tasks. All of us were committed with something, chopping, talking and drinking fresh local white wine. We learnt several lessons about Italian cuisine, particularly about the right cooking time of pasta, and how to put it on the pan among the sauce. Everything was lovely also because we, the students, shared our experiences among all of us and we created an online group where share all photos we took there. The lunch was very good and it has lasted until a very good Italian expresso was served. I highly recommend living this unique experience. Great time!

Sicily cooking course is a wonderful place and opportunity to learn more about true Sicilian cuisine. They teach and show you how to choose fresh fish and local products from the local fish market. (A truelly incredible experience.) The staff were so warm and friendly that it made you feel like you were at home. The course was so rich in technique and hands on practice that even a beginner feels like a real chef. First, they give you a full detail menu of the dishes that you will prepare with a precise procedure of the preparations. Once you have learned how to cook, everyone goes and eats in a lovely dining room with some pleasant conversation, and don't forget the Sicilian wine and espresso to die for.. I would truelly recommend it to anyone who wants to live and share such an amazing Sicilian experience. Cheers.

I have enjoyed many cooking classes before, but this just was a disappointment. Considering the picture I have seen here before, I assumed we would make noodles by ourselves, instead, in a Supermarket bought Fettuccine were used. Also, we couldn't do more than cutting tomatos and cleaning clams, everything else was done by the (hobby-)chef, who was rude and even left sometimes to have a cigarette outside (the whole kitchen was smelling afterwards, what an experience). Later during dining, he consumed almost all the bought wine and was rude. This cooking class is not worth even one penny. Needless to say, the food was less than average.

I had the opportunity to meet some interesting people and exchange opinions on our travelling experiences moreover the tour that we had around Pisceria was awesome all those fresh products fish cheese etc very colourful being able to come into contact with the local people is always one of the best experiences a traveller can have and then being able to create a typical local meal is the outmost. The chef was great guided us through a four course delicious meal with freshly bought ingredients. Enjoyed the atmosphere at the cooking class excellent
