Great choice for our HVAC needs!!! If anyone has any HVAC needs or is unhappy with their current relationship I can highly recommend Cook's Heating and Cooling out of Rural Hall. It's a well accredited family owned and operated business that provides that personal touch. They were prompt, thorough and easy to get a hold of. They were willing to negotiate and got me the best price that I could find among several quotes, installing my new heat pump quicker than any of the others. Thanks Cook's!

We had Cook's Heating and Cooling come out for preventative maintenance in our two ac units. Technician was polite and cleaned up well. No issues with our units. But, a couple days after, our overflow pan was full and dripping onto our deck. Called to let them know something had happened during service to cause this small issue. Had to have them come back out and blow gunk from drain line again. Cost me another service call for what wasn't taken care of quite right the first time. So we paid twice for the maintenance service we were looking for. Could have happened to anybody, but not really thrilled that they charged us again to take care of it.

We had a great experience with Cook’s recently. We had what turned out to be a small inexpensive fix to our AC issue. They sent someone out the next day. He was very professional and wore all the protective gear (mask, gloves)to help avoid contact during the Covid outbreak. We will definitely use them again if we have another problem.

I don't leave many reviews. You have to be really good or really bad. I have been pleasantly surprised dealing with Cooks on two occasions. It is hard to find polite, knowledgeable, honest and affordable contractors. I have found Cooks to be all of the above. Thank you.
