Quick and easy to order at drive thru. Service was efficient. Staff on speaker very clear and informative. Guy at presentation window very sharp and not customer orientated. Food was amazing especially the chicken it was very tasty. Loved the Tim bits. Coffee average, have had better. Good luck in the new venture.

Donuts are good, hot food is nice though the sides are a little underwhelming but overall nice food. Good for a donut and a coffee. Little tad on the expensive side for what you get but a nice treat.
New remodelling building in Cookstown beside Asda shopping centre very clean and fresh new look inside, you cannot sit in the cafe because of virus time so take out only very large choice of coffee and chocolate drinks with breakfast and daily meals choices and I have been a few times now very much popular place and very busy, but very much helpful staff and drive through choice also as drive through is very popular and very useful but busy at morning and lunch and evening times and so very busy at weekends but very much a great choice of a place for quick and easy drink and small meals and always very fresh and wonderful fresh choice of chocolate and Donuts and many wonderful great different favorites
First time in Hortons -surprised menu was basically rip off of McDonald's. About dozen in queue when we went in only one till in operation service very slow but to be fair once we had ordered food came very fast but I could soon see why ordered sausage egg muffin no cheese got sausage with cheese no egg obviously precooked and microwaved- meal came with hash brown which was yellow and sloppy- very poor. Tea was good and doughnuts looked lovely was going to queue again to order some but by now queue was out the door still only one till so decided against it. Might try it again but not for a while
Great service. Very busy which is a good sign. Few teething problems as they opened but a fantastic quality and value! Thr shake especially tasty!
