Absolute disgrace of a company! Ordered a bed and was told 3 weeks delivery from time of order. We didn't have a single update during this period as to what the hold up was! 4 and a half months on and bed is finally ready. Not only are they trying to charge for fitting the headboard to the bed but they refused to fit this FOC and demanded 40 to screw the head board to the base! I asked about having this fitted for free as we had waited 4 months over the time stated originally, we thought at the very least they could do would be waiver the 40 fee to screw the head board to the bed! They were not willing to help out in any way and were very arrogant on the phone! Absolute joke and I would advise anyone to avoid this place like the plague!!

Got brilliant help choosing paint here recently. Both members of staff I spoke to seemed really happy to help and offered genuine good advice. Very pleased with all the help given.
