The installers for Cool Air were very professional and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were very impressed with the way they went about our installation. they kept their work area clean and tidy. I sourced several quotes before deciding on Cool air , they were competitive in their pricing and follow up. Based on their level of customer service from the office staff and installers I would use them again.

We had a complex problem to solve and the guys from Cool Air got it nailed no problems at all. The office staff are courteous, polite and responsive and kept us up to date. The tradesman showed up on time and were professional and diligent. Very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone.

We had broken air con units so Cool air conditioning sent out an engineer and we paid a high call out fee (no work was done at the call out, just inspection) and then they failed to actually send us a quote to replace the units, despite repeated chasing. I appreciate that summer is a busy time, but this was now 5 weeks ago. I wouldn't recommend.

Promoted themselves as warranty agents but forgot to mention "only if we did the install" - I fail to see how that is relevant to a parts claim. Subsequently not recognised by the actual product manufacturer as a service agent in any case. And arrived 3pm for a mid-morning appointment....

A breath of fresh air when it comes to businesses on the Sunshine Coast. The process from quoting, ace seamless and pleasant experience. All those involved Dean, Ray and Brock were men of their word and everything happen on time and on budget. I would recommend them unreservedly the job was tidy and professional. More than can be said to most of the other air con businesses on the Sunshine Coast.
