I was told I would be able to use a 100 consultation fee towards a cosmetic procedure and then was told I wouldn't be able to. When I had a consultation with an aesthetician she was trying to sell me anything she could and when I didn't buy she got obviously frustrated and angry. I would avoid this place all together

Cool Springs Plastic Surgery is by far the best place for skin care. When I moved to the area I was looking for a clean, friendly and comfortable environment. I am so glad I call this home for all my skin care needs. I suffer from adult acne and I also wanted to be educated on skin care products that would be best for my skin. Heather Happy, the Esthetician is AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and caring. Before going to Heather I was having cystic pimples, my face was dull, and I had a lot of redness. Heather started with micro needling and within the 1st treatment I could tell the difference. I no longer have cystic pimples and my skin is GLOWING! I go about once a month to do a microdermabrasion to just keep my face looking healthy. So thankful for Heather and all the lovely miracles she has done to improve my face! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was so nervous with the thought of surgery. My tummy tuck and thighs were the first surgery I’ve ever had. I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience with Dr. Moore and his staff. I went on a couple of consultations and Cool Springs Plastic Surgery by far had a more friendly atmosphere. Every nurse and office employee has been friendly from the very beginning to the end. Dr. Moore himself has some of the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced from a doctor. He is very kind and patient. He answered all of my questions without seeming annoyed or put out that I was asking them. He is also very easy to reach post op. and responded quickly to my concerns. My results were also amazing. His tenure in the plastic surgery field is evident in the results. I will be scheduling another procedure within the next year. Thank you you CSPS for helping me get my body and confidence back.

I have been very pleased with my Botox results. Jasmine listened to how I like my Botox results to be... some movement in my forehead, but concentrated on one deep wrinkle between my eyes and getting a little more lift in one of my brows. My goal with Botox is to keep my face looking youthful with natural expectations. People tell me I don’t need Botox and my response is ... I don’t need it because I already have it. We recently did a little Botox in my upper lip to try and achieve a fuller lip without the expense of filler and I don’t like how filler feels to me. I’ve been really happy with the “lip flip”. Only four injection sites for me and low investment. There has been a learning curve with some words, eating soup, blotting my lips together, etc. I’m my opinion it’s been a good choice for me. Confidence booster and not overdone. Jasmine has also been great with answering my questions and deciding if what I want is achievable. Overall great experience and would send any of my friends or family here. Thanks Jasmine!!
