I love this company. Avo has serviced our pool for over a year and we couldn't be happier! He is so relaible and always leaves our pool sparkling. Our pool has been a disaster the last few weeks because of the storms. Our pool was covered in leaves he left today and it looks like a million bucks. Also my dogs are jerks and if I forget to close the doggy door they go crazy but avo is always understanding!!

I bought a house that Sarkis, the owner of Pool Times Pool Service and Repair had refinished. He came out and guaranteed he would repair the service on warranty. It would have to be done in the cooler weather in order to drain the pool and fix the bottom that is now peeling. I thought he was reliable and honest. NOT so. I have been calling and texting him with no response. He had responded in the past, but I feel he was just deceiving me. He is not an honorable person. Sorry I spent 2,000 for equipment from him. Find someone else!

Sarkis did a fantastic job of eliminating the white calcium ring from my pool tile, rocks and water feature. Also, his cleanup was so thorough there was zero evidence that he had been there. I highly recommend Cool Times for pool service and repairs.
