I ordered a new protective screen for my phone when it arrived it was the wrong one so they ordered another one, that arrived and it to was the wrong one but this time they just put it on. it's way too small for my phone and quite frankly ridiculous. I didn't check until I got home otherwise I would have complained there and then, I have wasted so much time in that shop I refuse to waste any more. I'll go to the shop with poor communication but honest service next time.

Poor customer service , price was way too expensive than the original price and they even charged me 99aud just for diagnosing . It sounds scam from the beginning but i thought at least the fixing price would be reasonable , but boom , they wanna charge over 700 aud just for battery charging port and battery replacement .gonna stay away from that again , lost 99aud for no reason .

Came in this afternoon for an iPhone screen replacement (after attempting to fix it myself) and so happy I chose this place. David was incredible - great service, extremely helpful and polite, fast and thorough. David went above and beyond to give great customer service and fix my issue. It’s so much more worth it to come in and get it done professionally over the online repair kits, especially when the service is this good.

Came in this afternoon to remove sim card from kids watch, after going through all shopping trying to find someone who can do it. These guys were incredible - great service, extremely helpful and polite. They didn't even charge for their time and service. Thanks guys

Went in on the off chance that they had any tools for modding keyboard switches that I could buy. Sent me out with a few mini screwdrivers they had spare laying around. All the staff are super professional, knowledgeable and welcoming! High quality, good price in-house cables too.
