I have been to Nankem hospital based on the Google reviews. I went for ultrasound. My experience with doctor was really good but administration is bad. Irresponsible reception and office staff. They need to be trained properly. Lady who called me today was extremely rude. If you are at fault you can't talk to customer in a rude manner.

Place of positivity and nature caring .Safe place for safe delivery and friendly atmosphere, caring staff and family like place to discuss our doubts about pregnancy and all health issues. Wonderful Dean Dr.Anushuya and team .I had a safe and healthy Normal delivery recently. I would suggest all ,my friends and family members visit for any health issues.

Nankem Hospital, Coonoor is a small multi-Speciality medical facility, providing good health care for patients and families. Dr. Chandrasekar, the Promoter, is a good Eye Specialist, is heading the facility with the team of other professionals.

I visited in the month of May. The hospital was stinking due to water scarcity. Most of the pregnant ladies were using the toilet without water. When I informed the nurse, she just ignored saying no watering was available. Though the doctors should emphasize on hygiene, it is practiced in reverse. Pregnant ladies are prone to urinary infection by using these dirty toilets. Wanted to give 0 stars for this hospital for its cleanliness but the gynecologist was soo experienced and very kind.

I haven't yet visited this hospital, yet I rate high because I see their response to the reviews very genuine and honest. Mistakes are common in human life but being sorry for the same is divine. I think they have a sincere respect for the human life and that is more important in the medical world. Let us give a shoulder to them in lessening human suffering. Comparing is futile.
