No out calls for new customers outside of office hours so I’ve had to listen to an alarm all weekend. Oh and it took 3 calls for Coopers to tell me that. Useless service.

Appalling product quality, installation and communication. 9 occasions to fit a simple fire curtain. Fitted rails & headbox in wrong place, motor failed resulting in newly plastered walls / ceiling to be destroyed; Coopers to date refuse to compensate for this despite the additional costs and major delay to the project! MD fails to respond to email! USE ANOTHER COMPANY!
Fire curtains fitted throughout. Excellent customer service. Really pleased with the work thats been done. Would highly recommend.
