Tonight was our third time going here and we have so much fun each time. We've brought family and friends who have loved it as much as we do. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are challenging and today we just made it with a minute to spare, but always doable. We've been to other escape rooms which were either too easy or just plain confusing. These rooms are by far the most creative and well done we've seen. We'll go back time and time again. Also a great, safe thing to do during Covid and still be able to get out!

Clever design for baseball hall of fame area. Lots of fun and challenging.
Nice rooms and nice people. We did the Curse of the Bambino room, and it had a lot of combination locks which get to be a lot. Could have used a few more varied type of devices, but some of the new rooms they told us about will incorporate those type of things, so will be excited to try them out. Overall, very nice and would recommend

Double Booked. We reserved online on Saturday for an afternoon Escape Room experience. We chose the next available time which was about 1 1/4 hour or so after we booked. We pre-paid by credit card. We wandered around Cooperstown waiting for our time and arrived about 10 minutes early.... only to be told that too many people booked. Since the other party had booked earlier, they were going to go at the designated time. The staff member said we could go right after they were done (basically another hour later). He said there must have been a glitch in the reservation system. He did say "I'm sorry". We could not stick around any longer so couldn't go. These things can happen... and we understand that. However, our dissatisfaction is that the staff member did NOT offer to resolve (credit our account). Upon our request, he did NOT supply us with the name or phone of the manager so we could follow up. We wanted some sort of proof that a credit was forthcoming... even a handwritten note saying that our reservation had not been fulfilled and we were due a credit. He finally took my phone number and said I would get a call. When a mistake is made in business, the business should rectify promptly. Though this business may be reputable, their process in this situation was unacceptable. The charge is pending on my credit card now... and no sign of a corresponding credit has been entered yet. If needed, I will dispute the charge with the credit company. Too much hassle... especially after not being able to participate in the event we had reserved.

We had a blast! My wife and I chose this as our first escape room experience and we loved it. Montell is a wonderful host! This a great activity for the family during Covid. Can't wait to go back and try another room!
