I don't know what happened to the managers and shift managers that have been here for a while. It seems to be all new staffing and management. The new manager which glasses and black hair always in a long pony tail does not take criticism well. We come here all the time for iced coffee and everytime this past week shes made them they've been terrible and taste like majorly water down coffee so today I said something she got snotty and slammed new ones on the counter and walked away. She was in Richfield springs mcdonalds and did the same thing to me there when I brought them back. For a manager she needs to learn how to handle criticism.

This is your standard McDonald's. Fast service and McDonald's food. Only one drive thru window was operating, which was interesting.
McDonald's in Cooperstown was awesome! Great customer service, clean and comfortable. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Dine in or drive thru open. McDonald's at it's best! Enjoy!
They are very slow here u wait a good 30 minutes for ur food then they kicked a little old lady out whom had cancer and could barely walk I wouldn't dare give them my services or money

Worse cup of coffee ever! After waiting what seemed like forever said they were making a fresh pot...have. It tasted like dishwater,i think she forgot to put coffee grounds in. I should have demanded money back! Simple thing...can't even make coffee
