They Never respect the booking I was delayed there one and half hour Not bad the comunication

Went today to pick up a car appointment for 8am, didn’t end up leaving till 9:30am. The ‘yard manager’ or whether he wants to call himself was just down right rude and completely unprofessional. I’m a new member so unsure of the picking up process, the office was closed to the public due to “appointment only” . No staff around to help. Completely unorganised, and lack of respect for customers! Anywhere else you go and pick up a 6k car you would get some sort of decent customer service. If you ever visit this place, just be aware and don’t expect much help or common decency from any of the staff. Suggest Copart pay for some customer service training for their staff as I’ve seen better run Poundshops!

I bought a mini cooper last week description said the car runs and drives soon as the car came to me it wouldn't start changed the battery same issues I spoke to jade and Nigel both of them seem like their not bothered at all promoting fraudulent information!!

Buyers be aware!!!! Traders and general public please stay away… stay away… stay away… from this company. Burn your money instead of buying from this fraudulent and deceptive company. Purchased a car from Copart was described as Run and Drive with minor dents & scratches. When delivered, it was discovered that the vehicle was involved in major accident and the outer panels were replaced to hide the extent of damage. Moreover all the major ECU, sensors and components were taken out prior to delivery. A complete fraud, deception and misrepresentation. The case will be in the court and I will inform the members about the outcome. They also charge disguised credit card charges in the name of “non-preferred payment method” which is illegal. I gona report that to consumer helpline. Will update about the outcome of both cases. They are making full use of COVID-19 to deceive customers because they can’t inspect the junk they are selling as salvage cars. I wonder how UK authorities are still allowing this to happen in this country.
