Beautiful arrangement sent to me for my birthday! They even called to ask if they could deliver them a day early due to an impending snowstorm, which I thought was very nice. Better than delivering them a day late! I’ll be using garden of eden for all my future floral needs!

I have ordered flowers from this place for the past 3 years, the first year was great. Last year they gave my aunt the wrong flowers, this year I ordered the arrangement called Purple Presence, the arrangement on the picture was beautiful, it had lavender and purple and pink flowers. However, the arrangement that was delivered to my aunt was filled with alot of green and white nothing like the picture. Very disappointed. The arrangement on the left is what my aunt was supposed to get but she got the one on the right.

I received a sympathy bouquet of all white flowers. I received a voicemail letting me know flowers were on my front porch. By the time I got the voicemail and went to get the flowers, i found a vase of flowers knocked over with white flowers everywhere (some broken) and water running down my steps. Its was an extremely windy day and no protective measures were taken to ensure the flowers weren't damaged. I don't know how the vase didn't break. If I had been at work and unable to get the flowers within 10 minutes, there would've been no flowers on my porch. I called the florist and made recommendations about protective coverings and the woman said she would tell the driver! Its not a driver issue, its a business issue! No apologies for receiving the flowers in a damaged condition. Again, I was told she would tell the driver. Its a business issue, one for which she should have accepted responsibility I can tell the flowers would have been beautiful if they would have been protected and not just dropped on the door step. Unfortunately, this is the only florist who delivers to my address.
I will never use this florist again! They do not offer the 48 hour guarantee of their products as it's stated on the website, that's false advertisement. I ordered a bouquet online and the one that was delivered was NO WHERE NEAR like the one I chose. I do understand they will not be exact, but I spent almost 70 on carnations, alstroemeria, and 2 wilted sunflowers!! The recipient's favorite flower is yellow roses hence why I chose this particular bouquet as it was the focal point of it. I called to express my disappointment in the flowers and the woman who answered my call did not offer to pick up the original product and redeliver another like the guarantee states. Basically blew me off and because she added a few extra sprigs of cheap flowers instead of roses all is supposed to be well. Highly disappointed and a lesson learned! As I can see from previous complaints I am not the only one. I will also be notifying the BBB.
