At first the place seems great - it's super sleek and has a coffee and alcohol bar however... I was told I couldn't order coffee at the counter, and that someone would come to me at a table. Weird but fine. Except no one ever came to me. I had to go to different employee to place the order. The cup was extremely small and they only have one size. I ordered a drink again later, and tabbed out. A few minutes later someone stopped by to say they were closing... I had not even received my drink yet. All in all, a cool place with a terrible customer experience.

Much needed coffee bar at The Sound. Been missing their hours..finally got a chance to catch and trybtheir coffee. Excellent choices, helpful staff, nice seating areas - inside and outside. Wait time for to-go is probably the only improved I'd like to see when I stop next time. Overall lovely place - will definitely be my regular spot.
This place is awesome! The food is amazing! The vibe is great! The staff is out of this world awesome! I especially appreciate in our current days how on it they are about people wearing masks when they are not at their table. Thank you for looking out for others Ascension Staff at The Sound! This place is my go to when I just need to get out of the house and do work or studying!
Ok. So this was a bit hard. Ordered coffee and veggie Sammy. Seems like only one server so no more than one cup of coffee. Had to ask for condiments and my ticket. Tables dirty but was outside so the wind was probably carrying the dust. Great food but needs work on service. We will be back
Ordered an Almond Rose Latte Ascension Omelette with Ham and Cheese, so delicious. The dining area is beautifully decorated with natural lighting, highly recommend.
Just moved to an office down the street and this is the new go-to lunch and coffee stop. Great (and large) sandwiches and coffee. I look forward to trying out the rest of the items on their menu ) Update: I have been back consistently and the food and people never fail to disappoint. I ordered an iced tea online for pickup and they didn't fill the drink til I arrived so that it wouldn't get watered down in the ice (it only took a few seconds to get it filled and be on my way).
I’ve typically always enjoyed the service but today’s experience caught me off guard. I spend an average 50-75 a week at this establishment and I understand that people sometimes have an off day, but I was floored at the attitude projected by the manager or at least she acted as though she was. I ordered a coffee to go and before I was had completed my order, the manager/lady interrupts and tells me “you can sweeten your own coffee at stand in the corner”. While this might not sound rude in writing, it was. I have ordered my coffee to go like this for six months, so she didn’t let me finish before she rudely interrupted me and said it rudely. I’ll be taking my business next door to the 7-11 where I can order a coffee the way I want for a third of the price. It’s a shame your managers treat customers that way.
