I use BMS because they do business with a professional attitude, honesty, knowledge of the marque and value for services performed. Not too many shops will work on an older '88 BMW 735i, but Philip saw my needs and took the job on without hesitation. The work was done in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. Phillip and BMS are honest and knowledgeable. They have kept my beautiful coach running smooth. They have honest prices and are transparent in their work suggesting the best route of repair. They are also easy to work with and to schedule. This morning I waited while they replaced 2 coils and changed the oil. They were quick and thorough and my car is running beautifully. I will not go to the dealership as I have dealt with BMW of Dallas on multiple occasions with multiple problems. It's a relief to know BMS is there to help keep my beautiful machine on the road and running like a dream. I plan to keep my 550i for a long time and know that is possible with going to BMS.
