They made me be generous by giving 1 star... It has been over 2 hours and I still haven’t received my hour... I called the store twice and they claim they would be here in 15 to 20 minutes, that time has came and gone so many times and they are still not here... I have a room full of kids who really want pizza and still haven’t got it.

Unreal experience!!!! Avoid this place at all costs!! My wife ordered tonight (35 order) and nothing was right. Ordered a large pan veggie pizza and received a hand tossed pizza instead. Ordered cheese bread and received garlic knots? We called back and they said they don’t even offer large pan pizza so they took upon themselves give us a hand tossed. We would have gladly ordered a medium and paid for a medium just to get what we wanted. They credited us a 2 liter coke (something we didn’t even order) and said that they could help us! We will be taking my business else where. Useless and not customer centric whatsoever! Papa John’s and Pizza Hut here we come!
We love this pizza but lately it’s been just awful here. Hardly any cheese on our pizza tonight. Just toppings and crust. It’s my daughters favorite but tonight she suggested we try another place next time we have pizza night. Hope the so some quality checks soon!
Unbelievably, shocked at the poor service at this location. They simply don't care. I ordered pick up for half peperoni and half cheese. What I got was a quarter peperoni and three-quarters of overcooked cheese pizza that was cut into five big pieces. Instead of going back asking them to correct it, I found it easier to write about. Really wish corporate would come and clean this place up. it's awful.
I would eat dirt before ordering from them again. I placed a pizza order for my officers to have for their lunch break. I placed the order about 3 hours before we needed it which was at 7:45pm. Not only did the pizza not arrive till after 8:15, AFTER the officers lunch break, but the delivery driver cussed out the officers who were doing their security job outside. How do I know? The driver called me but the call went to vm and I heard it all. I took my phone to the Coppell location so the manager could hear it. After hearing it, she just said she'll talk to the driver. Do NOT order from this place. They'll bring your order NOT when you request it but whenever they get to it.
Duane is very rude when I called to let him know driver had been at wrong hotel for 15 mins could he please let them know and hung up on me. Then driver advised me there was a mix up in hotels which is what I was trying to explain to Duane when he hung up on me. Which took my order over an hour to get here and was cold and nasty!
I love our local Dominoes! They always get the order perfect, the pizza tastes great, and the delivery is fast. Thanks for the super service!
