Terrible service. I went to get donuts at 3:30pm and was told they had a limited selection - which I was fine with (they always seem to be out of donuts). However, they were very stale and cold. They shouldn't have been sold at all! Also, the ice coffee I ordered was obviously sitting for someone else and not fresh. This is the 3rd time it's happening. Never going back!

Ah I have such mixed feelings with this. I love Dunkin, always have been a customer for decades. I never have any issues with my order however the customer wait time can be lagging at time. For coffee, I wouldn't expect to wait long when I order a coffee with cream and sugar. The customer service is a mix of good and not too shabby. From a consumer standpoint, I feel a hello or hi would be nice aside from just giving me my total. I understand a reps urgency to be quick with orders but the interaction with consumers would be nice to feel a tad welcoming regardless if it's dine in or drive thru. Don't just hire employees to fill positions, and people shouldn't apply for a job just for a job. Be where you want to be and enioy it. Makes a world of a difference in customer service. I'll always run on Dunkin, just don't let us down!
Worst Dunkin' in existence. Disorganized and slow. Unfriendly, inattentive employees. Always out of stuff. Half the time I have to remind them I ordered food along with my drink through the app. (Mobile ordering should be seamless. I don't want to order twice.) Entire staff needs to be retrained, including management.
I usually enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, but this particular location is not doing it justice. Hot cappuccino was actually very cold, hash browns undercooked and had a strange smell to them. I would not recommend going to this location until they get their act together. Whoever owns this place really needs to reexamine the level of service they are providing.

I’ve lived all around the world. This is the worst DD I have ever been to. The inside was very unkept. The glass casing that holds the donuts was filthy. It was raining and no one bothered to put anything at the door to prevent water from coming in. There had to be at least 6 employees, and only one was trying to help everyone. As a line was forming out the door! There was so much horseplay and laughter going on inside, I thought I was at a playground. I was so excited to have a DD come to this area. Now I’m very disappointed, due to my first visit. I will not be returning to this store!
Is the second time I went to this location since they opened. Hoping that this time will be better. Employees were rude and sassy when taking my order and at the window. I should’ve just stop at my local doughnut shop for half the price and a much nicer and friendly people.
It's been a long time that I visited Dunkin for breakfast. My experience was pleasant. Order a wake-up wrap, bagel with egg and cheese and turkey sausage, two orders of hash browns and one order of donut holes aka munchkins. The staff was friendly and my order wait time was around 10 minutes. Apparently what I noticed driving in to this location is there might be a longer wait time if you are taking drive through.
