I live in Coppell and went to this place for the first time today. I called ahead and asked what time they close - I was told they will take last patient at 7:30. I was there at 7:20, checked in at the front desk but they told me to wait a bit as they had to attend to something. Fine, I waited. They then called me at 7:40 and said they couldn't take me because it was past 7:30. Of course I didn't let that pass, so next thing they said was I should go to a hospital ER because they didn't have the necessary equipment to treat me. The PA, Ms. Mack (or something like that) obviously did not want to treat a patient that late in the day. But mind you, the place was EMPTY and they close at 9 or 10 pm! Not coming back ever again.

The Worst treatment by medical professional which is questionable. The service was very unprofessional and doctor didn't know what she was doing. She didn't know the medications that I was taking so brought a book to look up which took a long time. Doctor took a long personal call which I was not happy about. I thought this was an emergency clinic! Every time a question I was told to contact primary physician. My primary physician didn't have immediate opening so this is why I was at the clinic. Every time I was talking about my condition the doctor just nodded cut me off and says something totally irrelevant. In the end I the patient was asked which medicines I would like! have no idea what the medications were. I was misdiagnosed and medication couldn't be decided within the hour.
