This was our second time to this office in 8 years. The doctors and staff are amazing and they took the time to explain what the issue with our child was. They did not rush us and we waited only a couple of minutes to see the doctor. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Murray is absolutely amazing! He has taken care of our littles for 4 years now. His attention to detail, kind soul, and his love for his profession has made our experience wonderful. He is an outstanding ENT and we would never take our littles anywhere else. Their practice is fantastic. Bonus, Dr. Murray now does surgery at Cook's Children's in Hurst and their staff and our experience meet our expectations.

Absolutely worst experience not once but multiple times. I saw lot of people already complained about it. I totally agree with them. No considerations of patient time. Always worried about insurance and billing matters. I am taking my child to another ENT place and will never go back.

Shortly after posting this review, I had a productive conversation with the office manager regarding my concerns. She was understanding of my concerns which I appreciated. Because of this interaction, I added an additional star. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our son had ear tube surgery with Dr. Murray through ENT for Children. A couple of areas of disappointment for us while interacting with this group: - As many other reviews have mentioned, the communication by the office's support staff around what is being billed (and why) has been awful. If you try to question the reasoning behind a charge, they become defensive and push the blame to your insurance plan. I've unfortunately been left with the impression that they are looking to bill you any way they can. - While Dr. Murray has been friendly during our interactions with him, the communication surrounding our son's case in particular has been lacking. Explanations provided across our multiple visits post-surgery have conflicted and we've been left with the impression there is not a clear understanding of what is going on and what steps need to be taken to reach a resolution. If we had the opportunity to go back and re-choose an ENT office for our son, we certainly would have looked elsewhere.

Dr.Patel is extremely nice and has great bedside manner. This was our first visit. However, unable to determine the problem, and I ended up with a hefty bill. Now I am being referred to another place.

I'd give 1 star had the doctor not been so friendly. We were with the doctor for around 5 minutes, only to be referred with an "I don't know" and without a very thorough exam. 152 out of pocket for absolutely nothing more than a sleep study referral. This could have been a confirmation over the phone, without a visit. What a colossal waste of time and money for us.

Great doctors, no issue with them. The billing office and support staff are poor. Read the other reviews, I wish I would have. They overcharged in advance for my child’s surgery, when we didn’t owe anything due to having met our out of pocket max (thus owing nothing). I waited 6 weeks until the post surgery follow up, when I brought it to their attention that I wanted my money back. (I’ve had other facilities refund this money automatically). Their billing lady kept telling me that I somehow needed to wait another ‘week or two’ before I could call them again to request my money. Then they would start the refund process and it would take 6-8 more weeks. Um, they have already had my money for 6 weeks, then I’m supposed to wait 2 more plus 6-8 weeks more? 14-16 weeks to get my money back that never should have been charged in the first place. Patients beware.
