These guys sent us a roll of Avery 2105 with no end caps when it showed up at the office it had come out of the box, was ripped and covered in dirt, and then they blamed us for the damage. FYI the Brightline film they sell is awful.

The team over at Grimco has always been helpful and friendly when I stop in to pick up supplies, I also love that I can call in and speak to a live person with no wait and most of the time it's someone I know from the Dallas office.

I do not recommend doing business with Grimco. I had an issue with my order, and when I called to resolve the issue, they had no interest in resolving my issue or maintaining my potential future business. In fairness, some of the responsibility for the mix up lay on my end, since I contacted them about the issue after 30 days had passed, and some lay on their end, since they didn't keep records of my not accepting delivery of the order and since they did nothing to resolve the issue. I couldn't even get a manager on the phone (or a return call) when I called so we could discuss the problem. The CSR who handled my call was polite. I do not think he had any control over how the situation was handled.
