In my opinion, KD College Prep is a total joke. (This review is not to hate, but merely my opinion) First of all, the price is insanely expensive and you have to pay it upfront. This cost is not for private tutoring, however. You pay this price to have your child take classes with 20 kids, and 3/4 of the teachers have no passion and are terrible at teaching. Most kids don't even pay attention and are there to secretly spend time with their friends, girlfriends, and boyfriends. Shocking, but true. Not only are the classes useless, but the workshops are very boring and serve no purpose to most students. The practice tests are the only useful part about KD, but why should one pay so much money when there are free tests online? The reviews are useless as well because once again, it is for 10 kids and most teachers don't even try. Some of them try to help as much as they can, but majority of them seem to be there just to get paid. I used to be a KD student, but it did not help me at all and I suggest you don't enroll your kids in this program. Save your money. While others may feel very differently about KD, this is how I feel. For anyone reading this, have a great day!

Just a mass coaching institute and not directed towards individual student weakness or strength. Money is paid upfront initially so students can’t try other options later and, either stay with them or stopped coming. This is my experience and it may have worked out good for other people. Additional comments after owner response: Per our discussion I suggested to have each student evaluated early in the year if he/she is a good SAT or ACT candidate. Going SAT route for entire year is not beneficial for all students because some of them may likely to perform better on ACT exam. Also please be proactive in checking on students who have stopped coming for last 3-6 months. Maybe they have another valid reason that can be used to improve your workflow or course.

It takes a village to raise a child - this is so true. KD College staff have been nothing but uplifting to my child and to us parents through their eager attitudes to assist, in-depth guidance and unparalleled wisdom. I am in awe at the consistent level of professionalism yet genuine concern for each and every person that walks through their doors. Thank you KD staff for being great mentors for our children ! :)
