BUYER BEWARE!! Little Raymond's Print Shop also has an Amazon store under the name, TRONG HAU STORE. They shipped me a coffee mug with an oversized graphic that was too large for the mug. Half of the picture and quote weren't printed on the mug. When I attempted to return the item through Amazon, the seller provided me with a shipping label addressed to Vietnam and required the buyer to pay the postage. Realizing that there was some sort of scam going on, I called Amazon to report what was happening and they contacted the seller. The seller was instructed to send me a shipping label and they then became unresponsive. I googled the address on the box that the mug was sent in and found that the address, "850 North Lake Drive Suite 500" doesn't exist. The business park behind Little Raymond's Print Shop has a suite 501, but not 500. It's also worth noting that the name on the label was: Shipping Fulfillment Company 850 North Lake Drive Suite 500 Coppell, TX 75019 The address above doesn't exist and Little Raymond's Print Shop is attempting to scam customers under a different store name with shady business practices and an address in Vietnam.

I ordered a product online. As I was googling a specific product, and was happy to find it, I proceeded with the sale. At the time it all looked normal. The product arrived, and the product itself is fine, but much too large and I wanted to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size. Upon searching, there was tracking information, but zero information about the shirt order itself or even the name of a company from whom I ordered. There was no confirmation of the purchase after the order, only tracking information once it shipped. It referred to the order, however you could not pull up any information like the invoice (never received anywhere), or even the name of the business so one could contact them. There was a tracking notification email to which I sent an inquiry, twice, about a possible exchange. No responses. Upon googling the address shown on the envelope that the product arrived in (as the sender was simply "Fulfillment Company" , 850 North Lake Drive, Suite 500, Coppell, TX), this company, Little Raymond's Print Shop, popped up. No website. No contact information. But there is this, for review. Again, no problem with the product, except it was much larger than described/expected, and there is absolutely no identifying anyone to provide anything remotely similar to customer service. Once you order, they are done with you. Not responsive. Not professional. Zero Customer Service.

Zero customer service, do not order anything online because you'll get the wrong size and there's literally no way to communicate with the company for exchange....

I was working in this company for the last 3 months. Today, I came to work like every day and when I was going to my department they told me that I was fired since yesterday but I never received a call from HR. During the time I was there, I tried to talk to HR but she was not available and she used to keep her door closed
