I've tried four times to get a quote for biometric screenings. I can't get links to work in Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. I called the company to see if perhaps someone over the phone could help me and customer service hung up on me instead of transferring me to sales, but that was after it took her a minute to figure out what I meant when I said I was trying to get a quote for screenings. I'm frustrated because it seems like their service offering is a great fit for our organization, but how would I know if I can't get in touch with anyone?
