This used to be the best Pizza Hut with great pizza. The last 3 times I have ordered my pizza is overcooked verging on burnt, arrives Luke warm at best. I would definitely like to keep using this store but the cooks have got to be managed. No one wants to pay 20 for a pizza when A red Baron frozen pizza would taste better.

Don’t do it! I’m not one to ever complain but this store is just awful, every time I have ordered from here it’s always 2 hours late and the food is always cold. I try calling and no one ever answers. I’m waiting for an order right now that I placed at 9:00pm it’s now 11:00pm, can’t seem to get into contact with them yet again. After reading other reviews it’s safe to say that no one should order from this store, waste of money.

Horrible! Placed an order online for this location last night at 9:35 pm when I called around 10:29pm to check the status of the order cause the delivery tracker still said they had received it but weren’t making it the young lady that answered was rude. With an attitude saying the order usually takes an hour to an hour and a half to be delivered but yet is telling me my order isn’t due until 12:15am 2hrs and 45 minutes after I placed my order. And then says we’ll I can’t do anything we’re waiting for our delivery driver. I said fine I just needed to know the status I’ll wait for my pizza. So I sit here and wait for our big dinner box to be delivered 12:15 rolls around and nothing. The place is closed when I call to see what’s going on. So 1:17am rolls around no food. And the delivery tracker says they’re still making my food !!!! WTH!!!So I ordered for 45 and never received my food no call saying it wasn’t going to be delivered and it’s too late to order anything else to eat. So disappointed in Pizza Hut! What kind of business are they running here! Will never order from this location again! It’s a shame cause Pizza Hut pizza is good but this experience has definitely changed my perspective on who I need to order pizza from!

Slowwwwww delivery. Never what they estimate. Ordered at 8:40. Our order said delivery 26-36 min. Got text that they left for delivery at 9:04pm. GOT PIZZA AT 9:49!!!! Definitely not fresh and hot. Called and spoke with manager. She didn’t seem to see problem or care. She has one driver doing 4 deliveries at one time? Her excuse was they are busy. And lucky us, we were last on delivery list. Never again.

I can say I hadn't had an issue before when ordering delivery from here. That was until today when I received my P'ZONE along with my CINNAMON STICKS all in the same box. WHAT???? so, my P'Zone has cinnamon on it and my Cinnamon sticks have pizza grease. After spending 25 on my order to then receive it this way is not good. I hope they will not do this to any one else in the future because who wants to eat pizza with cinnamon/sugar on it, and who wants to eat cinnamon sticks with pizza grease on it? I didn't think I had to put on the "special instructions" to keep all my items separate. I will now think two -three times before ordering from this Pizza Hut.

Ordered 2 pizzas and my thin crust pizza did not have hardly any sauce on it and absolutely no cheese. It was so bad we just tossed it into the trash. I have been trying for the last hour and a half to reach the store and no one has ever answered. Would not recommend this location.

I ordered a pizza which arrived cold and old. The pizza looked and tasted like it had just been sitting around. I contacted the manager of S MacArthur who was on duty on Today April 4th. Told her what happened she left me on hold for nearly 10 mins gets back on the line is argumentative, saying that the pizza came from the oven to a delivery bag. (Absolutely no way) she continues to go back and forth making excuses rather than accepting feedback from a customer for help make the customer experience better. I told her that pizza tasted like it had been sitting around. That is a huge issue when we are paying premium price for subpar pizza the manager insists that she will provide a credit for the next visit. Assuming I would come back again. I had to keep advising I’m not ordering again. She begins to argue the definition of a credit vs a refund. I advised I need the money credited back to my card she begins yelling still arguing with a customer and tells me she doesn’t have the time and hangs up the phone. But she assumed I would have eaten here again? Avoid this location like the plague! Poor management will crumble a decent business. Subpar food plus poor management business closure. \u200d️ Pizza Hut in general has gone down hill but it’s usually decent when the food is hot and fresh. I’ve had been frozen pizza \u200d️
