After being turned away from 3 different urgent Cares because I had “COVID like symptoms” trusted Er did not hesitate to see me . The front desk receptionist Jasmine told me right off the bat that it would be ER fees. Which I appreciate , at that point I did not care about paying money I just wanted to be seen by a Dr . Nurse Ashlee listened to my concerns and was sympathetic not something you see a lot from nurses since I’m sure they see a lot of patients. Dr Bower also took the time to listen to me and actually help me feel better.. gave me the medicine I needed. I’m very thankful for this team ..

Can you give them 0 stars? Worst excuse of an ER. They will see you for pain like an ER would then prescribe you something you can't get filled bc they aren't up to code with the new prescription system. How does that work? Gave my sis the run around when all she wanted was relief. Would have went somewhere else if someone would have a similar review. Followed up for another visit and they dismissed my sister to go to a different DR. Do not go here! BEWARE!

IF YOU HAD ANY REACTIONS AFTER YOU GOT THE COVID VACCINE YOU CAN COME TO HERE! THIS TRUSTED ER CAN HELP YOU VERY QUICKLY!!! NO DOUBT 5 STAR I had some big reaction (itchy rash on all body and swelled face)after I got my second dose of Pfizer vaccine on Saturday then I went to Trusted ER Coppell on midnight. Their registrar help me for the check-in within 5 mins and then I was brought back for the treatment without any waiting. Dr Potla treated me and give me some advice. Those rashes were disappeared after the treatment very quickly. The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. I will come back if I have some issue moving forward. Thank you Trusted ER!!!

We ended up not needing anything but the free evaluation, but the doctor did provide us other options. We had heard the place was fantastic and could be trusted to do the right thing for their clients. That was definitely the case. Nice facility too!!

After searching for two days during the last weather chaos in Feb 2021 (last week) I found this place to be open, friendly - and performed a Covid-19 Test without which I could not return to work. It is odd to say that you like an ER place - but for what I needed the medical service was impeccable. The actual clinic itself is impressive as well. Pleasant, large, teas, coffee, water, other drinks, nice seating - it was a great experience and if need be I would not hesitate to use them again!

Around 12:30 a. m... I couldn't sleep because my shoulder hurts so much, the staff are so kind and have the energy that makes me feel good. I went because I was sick, but it was fun and comfortable. It's in very good condition now. Thanks to everyone

This place is amazing, from the moment my son and I walked in, it felt like home. Registrar Greg was very helpful as he helped complete the paperwork needed and even gave my son a gift. The nurse carlos and rad tech lindsey were amazing, they made my son feel comfortable. We were immediately seen by Dr. Potta who knew exactly what was going on with my son, he was right to the point. Overall, I wish I can give more than 5 star rating, thanks to the amazing staff. THANKS
