My package has been sitting at this facility for almost 6 days. When trying to update tracking info, it just says that the acceptance of my package is pending. Tried calling and can't get through to a live person. I have never had this much trouble out of any other post office ever. It shouldn't take this long to get my package accepted and then shipping it on to it's next destination to get to me.

We all need to file a complaint. I am sick of having my outgoing mail - stolen or lost. It is always sent USPS Priority with tracking and it's always from this location. I believe the employees are stealing mail.

No matter where I order from if it ends up going through Coppell, Tx post office my packages always seem to get lost.

been waiting 6 day for a priority 3 day service, for some reason packages get stuck somehow in Coppel\u200d️\u200d️
