The help I received at this post office was better than any other post office I have ever visited. Aisha was extremely helpful and patient with me in helping to ship my businesses first shipment.

I had an envelope to mail. They told me to buy a roll of tape for 4 because They don’t have tape for me to use. I seriously needed one strip about 7 inches. What cheapskates. I walked out and went to another post office that had tape for me to use. Seriously? The girl’s attitude was unnecessary.

Terrible post office. They usually ship my items the following day or so. They have lost 2 items of mine. One order that was going to Frisco finally arrived over 2 1/2 weeks late. It didn't show leaving the building until 2 weeks later! It arrived after Christmas. It was only a 17 min drive from that place! They also lost my Progressive snapshot device that I mailed almost 1 month ago and now Progressive is charging me 50. Try to use another post office if possible.

Wish my could give it a minus 10 rating. That's how poor of a job you guys are doing. My packages are stuck in Coppells office before the winter storm. You guys suck big time. Step it up!!! Deliver the mail and packages already.
