Had to give them a star to do an review.. because they wouldn't have gotten that from me. Let's just say, they don't have respect for their community.

Wanted to take the time to highlight an actual positive story in comparison to all the negative ones I see here. I had a gushing leak in my line going to my sprinkler system and did not the appropriate tool to shut off the curbside water main. I called Copperas Cove utility and unfortunately got the voice-mail. From the negative reviews, I was not hopeful and began searching for other solutions. Thankfully I was called back in about 10 minutes and they sent a technician out who arrived within 10 minutes.

I've been trying to call all i get is their voicemail. Even when I call at 8am. I want to know how I went from an average bill of 70 a month, paying every month on time to now looking at a bill for 320 and I cant get a person on the phone! Cant get there in person because I work and I dont have a car.

When the partnership with Fathom fell apart, we were on automatic payments. Next thing we knew they were sending us a shutoff notice for not paying our water bill. they didn't give us any notice that anything had happened. Just you didn't and now we're shutting you off. Up until then we had not missed a single payment. Even now their web portal doesn't properly reflect past payments or give you any feedback that you have made a payment. It's a pay and hope it's applied correctly. Utility administration has failed the city, not the workers there.

Dang can these people ever answer the phone! When they did call me back, it was three months later. Worst utilities place I’ve ever experienced..
