From start to finish I had a very positive experience with Coppersmiths. They were so accommodating, allowing me to view various tubs at their warehouse before making my choice. I was kept informed of the delivery status and it arrived as described very well cared for right down to its own bag! Wonderful copper bath ordered through Sunil at Coppersmith creations. We were regularly kept informed of when the bath would be delivered- particularly challenging during the pandemic due to customs controls (around 2 months) via email and phone. The bath arrived without a scratch all the way from India to Northern Ireland and was packed meticulously. The pop up copper plug is already installed too. A great product at a great price. Would highly recommend.

Top notch service from start to finish. We arranged with Sangeeta to go and look at a few baths as we were a bit worried about buying without seeing, there was no need to worry as loved what we saw and ordered one there and then.
