Coppersmith crafted a beautiful hood for my daughter's new kitchen; having been asked to help out organising the kitchen project overall, I'm very pleased to report that our experience with Coppersmith was exemplary from start to finish and with Jay's highly responsive and experienced help we achieved the look required. Each hood is unique, this is not an "off the shelf" purchase and in some respects a leap of faith when one considers the cost involved, however given our experience there is absolutely nothing to be concerned about. From start to finish we were kept informed right up to the time it was delivered, as arranged, superbly packaged in it's own wooden crate to our contractor.

Truly excellent place to buy copper items. The service is excellent, whether through the website, on the phone or through chat (which is open 7 days). Any questions or possible problems are resolved quickly with an excellent sales and customer service team. And wow, do they have beautiful , well made items. Oh, and if all this wasn't enough, their prices are outstanding, there are amazing deals here! I ordered a hammered copper stockpot made by Soy Turkiye. I have some beautiful French hammered copper pieces from Mauviel, and was interested in how these Turkish pieces would compare. The product arrived incredibly well packaged - other online stores can learn from these guys, as it's hard to imagine how an item could get damaged with such great packing. But once I unwrapped the stockpot - it wasn't just a beauty - it was stunningly beautiful, almost like world class culinary jewelry. Almost put my beautiful French copper pieces to shame. Design, weight and build were spectacular. Solid and beautiful. Soy Turkiye really wants to bring Turkish copper work back to the forefront, and they are going above and beyond. I look forward to more purchases from World CopperSmith, not just for the kitchen, but for the rest of the house in the future. Keep up the outstanding work, products and customer service!
