the dentist I've seen here is superb but unfortunately there is a receptionist who is really bossy and rude and takes it upon herself to speak down to me and order me about and be very critical - it isn't just her attitude generally, she has consistently been high handed and rude to me, even creating little opportunities for herself to make rude comments for example the time before last that I went, I was on the way out with a very numb mouth and a mask on of course, and she goodbye and when I couldn't answer straightaway she \oh obviously not then\ implying that I hadn't answered her. I cant believe someone so unprofessional is working at the frontline of a private dental practice in Harrogate and doesn't have the first clue about how badly she comes across. in a lock down situation she might be the only person someones see all week and they get that - I was fighting back the tears on this occasion and I had to walk out of my appointment because I couldn't face sitting there feeling the way she'd made me feel while someone was poking around in my mouth. absolutely one of rudest people Ive ever met.
