very bad customer service. Started screaming at us, very aggressive. The French border was so nice, didn't even care why we went. But the British one was very very rude!!!! DISGUSTING

Excellent way to cross the channel Folkestone to Calais/Calais to Folkestone. Plenty of parking and good waiting system with crossings and wait times clearly displayed. System through check-in (automated) and passport control is efficient. Crossings on time and trains very clean and well supervised. Crossing costs very reasonable (around 120) if you book ahead or go early or late in the day

Obviously closely due to Corona. At least coffee and snacks we're available, so I'll give three stars. Hoped they would have found a way to have it available as a proper waiting area by now. Bit disappointing.
