I bought two bedside tables in July, they took 6 weeks to arrive, which I was willing to accept because of Covid affecting logistics but the tables appear much smaller than they do in the photo selling them. I really think this is misleading because the tables are tiny and they have purposely used an incredibly low and small bed in the photo to make the table appear bigger than it really is. This table is not really appropriate as a bedside table and would be more appropriate just to put a plant on or something. The table also does not look gold like it does in the picture, it is more silver.

Another 1-star review to add to the list. Ordered two cushions and a desk. Delivery dates were repeatedly pushed back, and it wasn't until a week after the cushions were due that I called and was informed that there was an issue with the dispatch. No proactivity from their customer service. When I received an email confirming the refund the story had changed to the cushions being low quality and not something they were happy sending. Fast forward to my desk. Delayed twice, I was eventually given a delivery date and time by their delivery partner, Panther. On the day of delivery I received a text saying they hadn't received the item from Maison Du Monde. After calling up I was informed that the desk is damaged and that it would be another six weeks before it would be delivered. Refusal to offer partial refund, so have regrettably cancelled the order. Poor communication, inconsistent messages/excuses, and a generally awful experience.

Would give zero stars to this bunch of charlatans if I could. Pathetic customer service. Ordered a wardrobe that was due to be delivered back in October. It could not be delivered because Maisons du Monde 'failed to give the delivery provider the correct dimensions'. I mean come on. Rather than rectify the situation and sort it out they allowed the wardrobe to be sent back to them by the delivery provider and then said the item was out of stock. They refunded me and said I would have to order another but would take 6-8 weeks. Fine I said, but I'm not happy about paying delivery this time given the fiasco before. Computer says no - 'we can't offer anything like that you will have to re-order'. Re-order the wardrobe in November - supposed to be delivered on 4 January 21. But, shock, no delivery. Apparently its arrived at their delivery partner damaged so can't be sent out. Call customer service again - 'sorry, but it's no one's fault - we definitely packed it nicely'. I am then informed again that its out of stock and won't come back in to 20 February. What a waste of time.

Absolutely shocking customer service and returns process. The only way of contacting someone was through Facebook messenger and that is slow at best, refund is extremely slow. Do not order from this company.

I received my order okay and don't have a problem with the items or delivery however, I wouldn't recommend due to the lack of customer service as it is impossible to get in contact. My item came and I've tried to return it however have found this impossible. You have to log in order to request a refund, however upon logging in, my order was constantly under the status "out of delivery" (even though I have received it) which meant that I was unable to select a refund request. I've tried calling and emailing and unfortunately now the 2 week period has passed which means I've been unable to receive a refund or to return the item in question. I wish that I had known that I wouldn't be able to get a refund before ordering as at least then I would have completed the order knowingly, in good faith

Aurora made good service. Good products reasonable price. Bad we had to split our purchase as no stock available so we did not to pay the transport (minimum 1,000 euro for free delivery).

Don't order during the pandemic. I haven't received my order placed in April and can se on social media that a lot of customers experience the same! Customer service is non existent, I have tried countless times and no one has replied or even read DMs on social media. The helpline isn't working.
